Rebecca D. Stading
Rebecca D. Stading’s practice is centered around helping clients navigate the complexities of civil litigation. Her current legal practice as an Associate Attorney focuses on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and school law, as well as general civil litigation matters.
Rebecca graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2025, where she completed a Program of Concentrated Study in Litigation as part of her Juris Doctor degree. Following her second year of law school, Rebecca began clerking with Perry Law Firm, building a solid foundation for her current practice at the firm. Rebecca first began representing clients as a senior-certified student attorney with the UNL Immigration Clinic, where she also gained valuable practical experience in constitutional and administrative law. Prior to attending law school, Rebecca earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice through the University of South Dakota.
Rebecca is licensed to practice law in the State of Nebraska. She also holds a license to practice in the U.S. District Court of Nebraska. Rebecca is a member of the Lincoln Bar Association as well as the Nebraska State Bar Association.
